[ FAQ ]
Q: Where is my PIN?
A: When you make your first booking, within minutes we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send a text and a second email which contains your new PIN.
If you haven’t received your PIN, check your SPAM folder. If you forgot your PIN, go to ‘my account‘ to resend the PIN to your phone and email.
Q: What is your COVID-19 Safety Plan?
A: We follow the NSW Health guidelines. Current details here.
Q: Do you have air conditioning?
A: Yes. And heating too!
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are open 24/7. When you book a desk, you have access to the space from midnight to midnight on the day of the booking.

To access the office, there is a walkway to the left of the building (when looking at it from the street). On the side of the building, there is a door to a staircase. The office is on the first floor.
[ Parking ]
We have ample off-street parking behind the building. Just drive around the block (left at Mercado Juarez and Elwood Cafe – grab a coffee or a taco while you’re there).
[ House Rules ]
To make the office work for everyone, we need to keep noise down. It’s not a library but we want you to:
– Respect your fellow office users
– Switch your phone to silent
– Not use speakerphone
– Use headphones for video calls or meetings
[ WiFi ]
The details to access our WiFi are available inside the office – above the printer and fridge. The network to connect to is called “the office.” – naming it is one of our more creative achievements.
